Union St. Facade

This heritage-listed home in Strathcona was approved for a True Colours grant with the Vancouver Heritage Foundation, to repaint the exterior with historic colours. Maestro were brought in first to restore the badly neglected decorative shingles on the gables and dormers and complete other repairs to the siding and trim, under the client’s strict instruction to retain and reuse as much original woodwork as possible.
