This 1970’s River District townhouse suffered from a lack of storage space and a claustrophobic floor plan, so we removed the main floor walls, leaving a single central post beside a huge kitchen island. Plenty of gleaming white custom millwork was added to create space for everything from pantry items and home office printers, to ski helmets and cherished family albums. Durable, hassle-free vinyl plank flooring completed the clean design.
