The small family at this 1970’s River District townhouse were suffering both from a lack of storage space and claustrophobia in their home's original walled-in, compact footprint.
We dramatically opened up the floor plan by removing walls, leaving only a single central post beside a huge kitchen island. And we installed plenty of gleaming white custom millwork, creating space for everything from pantry items and home office printers, to ski helmets and cherished family albums. Durable, hassle-free vinyl plank flooring completed the clean design.
A cozy kitchen reading nook, and warm living space around the fireplace transformed this main floor into a perfect space for both relaxing and entertaining.
