South Fraser Kitchen
The owners of the McFarlane Laneway elected to turn their attention back to the main house after the coach house was completed. In this lovely 1940 Craftsman / Spanish Colonial home, the original kitchen was run-down and badly cluttered, with poor flow and inefficient services, including a rolling dishwasher that had to be reconnected for each load. The plan calls for gutting the fixtures, modernizing the services, and installing custom millwork and quality finishes for maximum return. Stay tuned for progress photos.
